A Few Things to Note

• Corrections — If you spot an error in any of the guides, please let me know. Accuracy matters, especially for anything touching fermentation safety or seasonal timing.
• Questions — If there is a topic or problem not covered in the guides, I am always interested to hear what would be useful.
• First-timer stories — Happy to hear them, warts and all. Most of the troubleshooting guides started with something going wrong in my own kitchen.
